Fully BookedI hold a first class honours HDip in Parent and Relationship Mentoring from University College Cork, a Degree in Human Resource Development from National College Ireland and a Diploma in Marketing. I am continuing my education and studying towards an MSc Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Skills currently. My professional accreditation is through Irish Association of Relationship Mentors (IARM).
My approach is non judge-mental, kind and loving. I believe that with the right support individuals will discover their own unique solutions to any difficulties they may be experiencing.
I offer a 1:2:1 service in Insight Matters, 106 Capel Street, Dublin 1, and I also run weekend workshops focusing on Family Wellbeing.
I work as a Relationship and Parent Mentor and I am a Mum to 2 amazing children.
I provide a safe space where clients can explore all aspects of self, and look at their relationship with self and the relationships they have with others around them.
Working together, I help clients discover what their needs are, and find ways to meet their needs as best they can. I work with clients to enable them to see their own innate wisdom, creativity, genius and power beyond measure. Working with Parents I help them find solutions that will work for them and also their families. When parents can see themselves and what they need, they are in a better place to see their children and help them thrive.
