Approach
Ejiro believes that the only way to live her life is to fully engage herself in a service that brings pure joy and provides her with a sense of meaning, this is what being a therapist gives to her. The hand she offers to her clients is one loaded with life experiences in the many colours and shades of our existence.
Her theoretical approach to therapy is greatly influenced by Existential Psychotherapy, Person Centred Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Supporting her clients to become their independent, autonomous authentic self is at the core of her practice. She is very visual in her expressions and uses easily understood concepts and ideas that are client relevant. The basis of her work is to create a relationship with her clients that foster healing and is a catalyst for growth. When it comes to mental health and wellbeing, people desire to understand what they need, once that is established, therapy progresses to supporting client to meet their needs.
