Approach
“Absolutely central to my counselling philosophy is the belief that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is key to effective therapy. In my experience when the client feels safe, understood and respected they will take the risk to open up and share their inner most thoughts and feelings.
My approach is integrative, meaning different styles of therapy are taken into consideration when working with you. These include Person-Centred or Humanistic approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I endeavour to meet you where you are on your journey and develop a solid therapeutic working relationship”.
