Approach
Niamh has a keen interest in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Utilizing theory and practice from both areas creates a wonderful opportunity to have a very hands on approach to issues such as anxiety, self esteem and depression with CBT exercises. Alongside the opportunity to take intention and pause and pace progress with mindfulness and slowing down from time to time. A very unfamiliar thing these days. Niamh is keen on assisting people with boundaries, coping skills and assisting in more helpful thought patterns with CBT. Whilst this is a very proactive approach to therapy Niamh sees great value and therapeutic gain from mindfulness, sophrology and hypnobirthing.
